The Bottom Line:  It is a necessity if you find stretching on a regular basis a hard time.
Century Versa Flex Stretching Machine is simply genius! It provides individuals with the means to attain maximum flexibility all while doing things they love, like watching television.

Its design in itself is quite basic. Its composed up of three main parts: The seat, the leg supports, and the pulley/lever system.

The seat provides a comfortable seating area with a great backrest and a good inch of padding for the rear!

The leg supports are also comfortable and are designed with an adjustable upright support adjustable in three positions to remove the tension from the knee as it applies pressure into your split position.

And the mechanics of it all are composed of a lever, in order to pull the legs apart, a safety release lever, for fast and easy release of tension, and a measuring rod to keep track of progress. (measured in degrees)

The leg supports come with a wheel on the underbelly to provide a smooth stretch.

In addition to the machine itself, century added a four position "grip bar" to aide in pulling yourself forward towards your feet. This bar is also adjustable to the right and left side on the leg supports for side to side stretching.

This product is great in that it allows the essentials of stretching to be done while doing something of a higher preference, like watching television.
