I purchased a CatGenie unit a little over two months ago to set up in my new home.  I share my home with one medium sized adult female cat, Willow.  Willow is a fairly easy going cat who has never given us litter box problems either prior to, or after the introduction of the CatGenie.

Pros Completely self contained, owner and animal friendly, Set up is easy out of the box!
Cons Bit loud during cycle, wandering pellets, scented cartridges smell a bit odd.
Recommended it? Yes

Absolutely love this Cat Genie that we bought from the manufacturer. Shipped to our door - we had it out and set up within 30 minutes or so, replacing our older electric cat box (that had issues galore) unit next to the washer, just in time for our trip to Mexico last Spring.

Pros Always having a clean litterbox, once you manually or automatically start the cleaning...
Cons Cleaning cycle takes 30 minutes.

Pros No more scooping litter, reduced amount and distance of litter tracking, easy to set up.
Cons Pricey, but worth it.
