Pros
Good pick up. Fluffs carpet well. Cloth bags are available.
Cons
Can't find manufacturer's website. A little odd nowadays. I'd like to know that there's support...

Yes
This is a solid utility machine. It sucks hard (which in this case is a good thing) and the brush motor is strong. There are no features to speak of, it just gets the stuff off the floor. No nonsense. It's not a light vacuum, but not as heavy as some of the machines out there either, considering the amount of metal on this vacuum. The handle and roller brush are metal, and I've read that the motor is all metal as well. I have not had it long enough to have much knowledge of the durability, but I have a good feeling about it.
