Good Buy, Good Choice
I moved into the DVD-camcorder scene a bit late - I think I bought this one at a point when several (other brands) cameras came out, which meant I got to take advantage of a good rebate and sale price. But that's not why I bought it. I bought it (in May 06) 1- on the recommendation of a salesman... Read full review »

I would avoid Canon DVD Camera's
3 of 6 Memorex disks could not finalize.. the problem is that if you record the disk and don't leave 10% unused the disk can only be played in the camera! This is a serious bug, given that you have only 30 minutes of record time.. Really a lousy piece of equipment!
