I bought this printer about a month ago. I had been using a H.P. for over 2 years that was bad about the paper getting hung up. The cost of ink can sometimes be more than the cost of a new printer and I found a great deal. This printer exceded my every expectation. Its not as noisy as the H.P. was and it never picks more than a sheet at a time. The prints are excellent, its cost effenciant and just an over all great printer. I would buy this printer again.
