Canon Pixma iP6000D InkJet Photo Printer

I have owned a plethora of printers and this one is at the top of the list.  The LCD panel is great for use w/o PC and provides a virtual menu for easy navigation as would your pc toolbox.  Printer has great quality and fantastic color.  It also has border-less printing for photos so your pics look professionally developed.  Ink tanks are smaller, but seem to hold quite a bit of ink.  I buy 3rd party ink making this the cheapest printer I've ever had to refill. I spend approx $14 to replace all the cartridges and they last much longer than the competitors ink tanks (i.e. Lexmark, Brother, HP).  Dual paper trays are convenient, though sometimes I do get a slightly crooked print from the top loader.  Bottom loader works perfectly.  Printer has advance self-cleaning and adjusting options that actually do seem to fix ink problems, unlike others where you waste have an ink cartridge attempting to clean print heads!  Card reader is limited though on types of cards supported, however, there is a usb port and infrared receiver below reader to accommodate those cards/cameras not supported.  Printer is not network ready, however, easily works with most wireless print and scanner servers.  I use this printer wirelessly across my network using a simple D-Link print server and have many of my PC's printing to it, including friends Laptops who are over and need to print.  I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a printer for pictures, graphics and other media.  Text is slightly slower, but is still very good quality.  4.5 stars from me.
