Stay Away
I bought my MP530 in November 2006 and by April of the next year it conked out on me. Cannon sent a refurbished replacement that didn't work right out of the box. I am now on my third machine, one that Cannon sent to replace the one that didn't work.

An OK printer for little money

Affordable versatility

Nice printer, bad cartridges
This AIO has a lot of nice features, particularly duplex printing. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but problems with the ink carts. Good printing bad machine
This was the most difficult to use fax machine I have ever had. There are menus that go too deep and are not intuitive. Even reading the manual I cannot always send or receive a fax.
Customer service is very good. The original yellow ink cartridge was defective and they sent a new one...
