Good small office printer
This printer comes with good documentation and works well generally. It has a short warm up time and the prints are of a relatively high quality.

Hard to live with, but good color

Expect to pay a fortune for toner
Surprising that this machine got as many good reviews as it did. We use it in our office; the print is good, not fabulous, but just as good as any other printer. It was too good to be true...

Great printer, great tech support, lousy marketing department, budget $400 for FULL toner cartridges

This is the one to buy
We came very close to buying the HP 2500 or the Minolta-QMS Magicolor 2300. Both are basically the same price ($799 right now). The other two print 4 ppm in full color, this one does 12 ppm. A fantastic color printer for the price.
If what you want is to be able to print out DOCUMENTS and not PHOTOS in color, this printer is for you. It's really fast, and the color is beautiful.
