My First SLR. Reasonably well built, good amatuer camera.
A photographic student looking for a used SLR, the Canon AE-1 is a decent choice. Shooting black and white pan film. You could learn allot with this camera. Able to run full manual mode do it yourself, or shutter priority.

I inherited a Canon AE-1 Program from my grandfather, who was its original owner. I believe that he may have purchased it around 1981, but I'm not sure.
