The Bottom Line:
If you want a quality working machine that can handle small messes this is the handheld for you.
Me and my girlfriend have two small animals called chinchillas and being very active creatures they create quite a mess. Romping around all night they are growing exceedingly good at depositing wood shavings around or apartment. This is where the Handheld Cyclonic Vacuum ("dust buster" to normal english speaking peoples) comes in very handy. I found myself reaching for it the more I use it.
Quality: I have had no problems with quality so far. Although I have owned previous models of the dust buster which have given me troubles, mainly in the category of suction loss and battery life.
Result: With our world growing ever smaller (phones, cars, computers, etc.) it is easy to see problems that affect items such as a hand held vacuum. Unless your planning on walking back and forth to the garbage every two minutes you'll have to keep the size of the mess you're tackling to a minimum because the compartment for holding waste is rather small. Adding to this the suction does decrease once the compartment gets half full and you'll find yourself emptying it more and more.Even though the handheld is very very light and easy to use (i.e. emptying and general usage) it's battery life is long lasting and suction is great even if the battery isn't fully charged. The attachments (which by the way are attached directly to the unit) actually work quite well and make for reaching into corners less of a chore.
Things to look out for: Although I haven't owed this model for vary long (two months or so) I can expect the battery life so waver after a few more months and suction usually goes hand in hand with that. I recommend that you don't over use this little item (however it can be hard to control yourself because it's so usable) because this will extend it's life greatly. Regardless of any faults that may occur the low cost of this unit makes replacement easy and almost a no brainier for those who wish to keep there home, car, cottage, or workplace clean.
