The Bottom Line:
An awesome buy. Reasonable cost for a bino that should be alot more money.
I recently purchased a pair of 8x42 Legends, and they're very impressive. They have a very sharp, clear, and bright image. They focus smoothly, and have a nice quality feel to them. I've compared them to my Burris Fullfield 8x40's which are very good glass porro prism. The Legends were sharper, and brighter in the low light. They are compact and are nice to hold and look through. For the money I couldn't have found a better bino. The Legends have all the best things in a roof prism. PC-3 phase coating, Bak-4 prisms, water/fog proof (nitrogen purged), and fully multi-coated. I hope this helps someone. The Legends are the best value binos out there.
