Pros Light, Durable, Cap Strap, Fantastic Ride
Cons Strap Length, Ratchets Freeze
Recommended it? Yes

Burton bindings are ones that are often considered to be the best in the snowboarding world. I actually own a current year pair of Burton bindings and have used an older pair of Burton bindings to go with the Burton Missions I currently have attached to my board. Anyway, the Mission is a binding... Read full review »

I have been snowboarding for somewhere around 10 or so years. I started out in the state of Washington at Stephen's Pass, Whistler Blackcomb, and a variety of other off the trail hills. Through that time I have gone through a large number of boards, generally 2-3 per season, in an attempt to find... Read full review »

Not the top of the Burton line, but certainly a contender for value are the Burton Mission Bindings. Well constructed, light weight, with plenty of features, these bindings will serve the beginner and intermediate boarder very well.

Pros Comfort and great feel for beginners and intermediates who need stiff control.
Cons A bit pricey for beginners.
Recommended it? Yes

No sacrifices here, the Missions were designed to be the best choice for beginning and intermediate riders who take on varied terrain, and that is what they excel at. Some beginners may balk at the price tag, which is unfortunately a bit steep for someone just starting out. But be careful if you... Read full review »

Pros The Burton Mission is lite weight.
Cons The ratchets might freeze up.
Recommended it? Yes

The Burton company has great products and great quality items. The Burton Mission's are quite nice because the toe strap cups the tip of your toe and helps you stay in your bindings. The Burton Mission also is great because the binding ratchets go in quite fast and easy so when your hiking the... Read full review »

Pros Affordable, Toe cap strap
Cons none

I purchased these bindings about a year ago to replace an older pair of Burton bindings that I had been using for about 10 years. After 10 years of riding anywhere from 3 times a week to once a month the old bindings had finally broken a buckle. Since they had lasted so long I decided to stick with... Read full review »

Pros straps are flexible even in extreme cold
Cons kind of hard to get strap into ratchet
Recommended it? Yes

I have finally found the bindings that will withstand the freezing temperatures of Utah. The Mission binding’s straps are made of a softer plastic that doesn’t break when they get bent while trying to get your foot into the binding. My previous pair of bindings were constantly breaking... Read full review »

Pros Good Quality, Great Design, Durable
Cons none

I find that these bindings, over many others I have tried, work very well with a multitude of snowboards.  They are drable, easy to attach to a snowboard, and easily ajusted as well.  I reccomend using these bindings especially if you need a durable pair of bindings for a novice boarder.
