I also cloth diaper, so the choices are very limited for rash creams  if you don't want to ruin your diapers. This cream heals his rashes very well. It goes on eaasily and I love that it is natural. Burt's Bees is a brand I trust! Read full review »

We use cloth diapers so our options for diaper creams are limited. But this diaper cream is perfect. It protects against chaffing and heals any rash my daughter may have.
