Brother SE 270D Does It All
The first one I purchased at Walmart I had only a couple months before it had problems. Don't waste your money
I purchased my first 270d online. I had it for about 3 weeks before I had to return it. Luckily it was within 30 days so I didnt have to pay for shipping. Great starter embroidery machine
I love my SE-270D! The cartridge is not hard to use once you do it a couple of times. It does not care a lot for the shiny threads (rayon)..but with a bit of "coaxing" (mumbling under the breath works)...it complies nicely.

Sounded too good to be true!
It was. I have had nothing but problems with this machine. The first one would freeze up when I used stubby cone thread with the adapter.
