This printer is totally over priced and a huge disappointment

I was looking for an all-in-one color laser. This does fit the description.
Cons
Unbelievably long hold times, with incompetent customer service and disconnected. Very disappointing print quality.

Well, my previous printer was an OKI data, and the printer quality between the OKI data is far superior to the Brother printer. Very disappointed in the print quality of the brother. Customer service is horrendous. You get put from one person to the next, and the hold times are ridiculous. I was on hold for an hour, and then abruptly got a message that the service center was closed. This was my third phone call to customer service! Neither previous customer service rep could solve my problem. Apparently, in the evenings they only have one mac person, and he does not know his stuff. I am back using my OKI, and am considering trying to get my money back from this disappointing printer.
