paper jams; flimsy design, little slow on printing

bought the unit because of the seperation of color catridges but found out the paper jams and flimsy design were horrible. When paper jams (especially when printing business cards) the tray on the back of machine is hard to remove and put back on. Brother USED to be a great manufacturer of these multifunction machines; but I've yet to find any new equipment living up to those standards.
