This fax machine hase come in quite handy in our home office. We only need it for personal use like dealing with the insurance company or realtor. I appreciate the ease of use (when following the manual). I like that it only needs copy paper which I always have on hand. I also appreciate that when I forgot to load the paper last week I didn't miss an expected fax, this machine held the information in it's memory until I arrived home and loaded more paper.
