The Bottom Line:
Wholeheartedly recommend this product, especially if you cook for a big family or for groups.
The great feature of this griddle is the rear leg extenders that slightly tilt the griddle forward so that grease runs forward into the drainage hole. For this reason, the food that you are cooking does not lay in grease while it is cooking. The surface of the griddle is wonderful to cook on, and the heat distribution seems to be very good.
However, the model name is slightly misleading. While it is called an "ultra large" griddle, the cooking surface is only 21" by 12", which isn't quite large enough for what I wanted.
All in all, however, this is a great appliance and I am very happy with mine.
