Broan-NuTone Allure 30 " hood, great asset

We purchased this Broan-NuTone Allure hood, when we purchased our GE Dual Fuel range, delivered 6/26/05, it has been a great asset to our cooking, especially the halogen lights. Otherwise our central room light is blocked as we attend the stove. The fan is progressive as needed with no changes necessary by the operator, unfortunately we do not have outside venting, but no matter. We paid $300. Having no idea we would purchase a hood fan so expensive, I can only say now that it is worth every penny. The only problem we have had is a wobbly light connection on one of the halogens, which my husband says he can correct. We love it, and hope we do not HAVE to 'buy it again'. Highly recommended.
