Jabra BT350 Bluetooth Headset

I purchased this one with my new cell phone. The store clerk talked me into it. Boy, I should have listened to my inner voice and went with the other one I wanted. It constantly drops off in the middle of calls so the caller can hear me but I can't hear the caller. It will disconnect from my phone for no reason what so ever. The sound quality it mediocre at best. There can be a very bad echo if the sound is turned up all the way. Especially bad if you're talking to someone else on a headset. I've also had to have my cell phone "Reinstall" or "Identify" it as a new bluetooth because it didn't recognize it for some reason.
