Good stroller - terrible customer service

Love the style. Lightweight. Easy to use.

Customer Service at Britax was surprisingly terrible. Can not be steered w/one hand.

Great stroller but the strap on the bag underneath the stroller broke and Britax wants me to send the entire stroller back to get a replacement. They said they do not have "replacement parts". So beware, if something minor happens you will be without a stroller for a while. It is also missing a few extras like cup holder and extended sun protector. The sun protector this model has barely covers my child.
