Marathon Onyx Booster Car Seat

I purchased mine when my older son outgrew his "bucket car seat" I read quite a bit and talked to many friends. The most common statement was "it is a really good car seat, but you will pay for that fact" That statement couldn't be more accurate. I love my seat and I'm actually in the process of buying my second one (my younger son has outgrown his bucket seat). I like how easy it is to move and install. Usually I need my husband to do the car seat installation. With this car seat, I'm able to take care of it. The removable cover is a huge plus. My son got very sick in the car at Christmas. We were able to basically take the whole seat "apart" and wash everything...thank goodness!

We do have a "cheaper" car seat in my husband's car. It is definitely a good car seat but it is not the best. The boys, however, don't travel in that car often (2-3 times a month). I guess it all comes down to the fact we really wanted what we considered the absolute best in the car that the boys travel in the most. If you are willing to pay for it, I highly recommend buying it.
