Our 14mos sits comfortably rear-facing. The seat feels well padded and the covering is a plush velour. She falls alseep on most car trips.
Ease of Use:
The knob height adjustable shoulder belts are the most convenient feature. It makes it possible to adjust the belts without uninstalling the car seat. The seat is about as easy to install as most other seats I've used; however, I will say that it's easier to install on LATCH equipped cars.

High safety ratings and True Side Impact Protection are two convincing arguments for the Boulevard.
