Brinkmann Charmglow 810-7400-S Propane Grill

After not being able to use since May and fighting with Home Depot, Charm Glow (the 3 burners have rusted and rotted out in less then 2 years) has been a nightmare to deal with. I have no idea when I will get my burners but surely not stainless and this is a company that should stay in China with the crap product they are putting out. A complete rip off both product and customer service!!! Home Depot has been no better as they know they have issues with this product but continue to sell it! I have talked with supervisors at CG and they would never commit to a date when the items would be shipped. But have now told me 2 seperate dates and it changes at every call. Then I'm told that it will be sent in the order of calls and it could be awhile. I finally asked them how they could sleep at night knowing they are ripping people off and they didn't even flinch!!! AVOID this product, Charm Glow and not sure that Home Depot is any better!
