DO NOT BUY A BRINKMANN MADE GRILL
Pros
It cooks food until the burners disintegrate and then it's useless. Hooray!
Cons
Yes , Brinkmann and The Home Depot conned me out of $400.
Recommended it?
No
One year later , the burners are rusted and broken.
I've read arms length lists of complaints about
Brinkmann's customer service and I feel
that they are treating me the same way.
I ordered replacement burners 2 weeks ago.
On the website , it says the burners
are stainless steel. This is a lie.
The website and confirmation email said
nothing about parts on backorder.
These people are lying crooks. They have
my money and I don't have my parts.
I'm going to contest it with my bank , get my money back , and fabricate the burners myself using
REAL STAINLESS STEEL.
Brinkmann is charging
people for stainless steel (yes, it's expensive)
and using some crappy metal that disintegrates
in 2 to 12 months.
I spent $400 on this grill and that's too much money
to just throw it away because Brinkmann uses
inferior materials.
I truly feel sorry for anyone else that has purchased
a grill from these liars and doesn't have the means
to correct the problem , like me.
