My stainless Charmglow from Home Depot is less than 2 years old. I use it 2-3 times a week, year round, and I was shocked to see holes the size of quarters in all 4 "stainless" burners, the ignite rs fell apart, and all hardware inside the bowl is loose with failed spot welds, or rusted to powder. So much for this quality (Chinese) stainless steel
construction. The exterior of the grill is also stainless, and painted in some areas, but rust is forming in all joints and seams and fasteners. It may have been welded together with wire that is not stainless, and this will hasten rust formation. This unit is routinely covered after cooling off, so weather is not a factor.
I called Charmglow to get these parts warranted, as stainless parts are "covered" under the Charm glow warranty.
I was flatly denied any warranty coverage.
This will be the last Charmglow I waste my money on.
