I'm a former chef so i was used to crazy huge mega-huge smokers. I got this one because I wanted an inexpensive and small smoker for my backyard that I wouldn't have to hook up to a huge propane tank.
The Brinkmanns is great. I've great success with it. I've had it for a year and people love my smoked ribs.
