Brinkmann 852-7080-E Charcoal All-in-One Grill / Smoker

This is a great water smoker that began my interest in smoking. This started into the direction of what I enjoy doing all the time. This smoker makes great ribs & chickens and with a little work a trimmed brisket. Buying this new I reccomend modifying this for starters drilling a hole in the side and putting a tempature gauge in it, alsonocking out the lid gauge and with a dremel tool and some epoxy put in a oven gauge at goes up to 500 degrees. Also by drilling a few holes in the bottom your fire does not smother out as fast, and can breathe a little better. It can be tricky at time smoking out of this but it'll work with patience. Its really perfect for a student, someone limited on space, and newbies to the art of smoking.
