Brinkmann 852-7080-E Charcoal All-in-One Grill / Smoker

Like the rest of my life, I read a couple of reviews only *after* I had purchased the smoker and it was in the mail. I am tremendously glad I did not let a couple of sourpuss reviews stop me! The Brinkmann Gourmet Charcoal Smoker makes fantastic smoked meat and my Super Bowl XXXIX party guests were completely impressed with my killer griller skills~! Abundantly simple to assemble (I'm a mid-forties single female not too adept at wielding a screwdriver, and I didn't even have to call anyone for help~!), the directions are super clear, and I didn't have to drill any extra holes or add my own temperature gauge (although the one given is a little crude, it works fine). I just followed directions to the letter and oila! Perfectly beautiful smoked chicken and ribs. Nice to find just one more way to "outdo" myself! A great product at a great price, far well worth what little effort it took to get it all assembled and to enjoy the delicious, mouth-watering, results!
