Brinkmann 852-7080-E Charcoal All-in-One Grill / Smoker

everything i've smoked with this smoker has turned out perfect to near perfect. this is the only smoker i've used and i find it easy and enjoyable to use. air flow and temp can be tricky, but with a small amount of ingenuity, i conquered the challenge. a friend of few compliments can not believe i only recently began smoking. if you choose this smoker and screw up your meat, i suggest you buy your meat pre-smoked, and avoid the little effort required of a great hobby and pastime.
