Excellent Product - Great Results

Pros Excellent temperature control, fantastic final product, easy to clean.
Cons Somewhat annoying to assemble, hard to add water through the side door.
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  This product is great for anyone who wants to learn how to smoke meat and/or for anyone whose budget is somewhat low. Converts easily to a grill. Great purchase.
I purchased this smoker after doing a LOT of research on smokers. We could not afford the Weber Smokey Mountain, which was reviewed to be the best small-budget smoker (about $260), so I purchased this one because it fit our budget the best ($100 at Target). I was 100% happy with the results. We have used it to smoke ribs and they came out incredible. It took about 6 hours to do 2 racks of ribs and it was easy to regulate the temperature by either keeping the door closed to maintain/cool the body or opening the side door to fan the flames and heat it up. Others have mentioned that the "thermometer" is not informative enough (it only says "Warm" "Ideal" and "Hot"). We attached an additional thermometer but it was superfluous - the warm/ideal/hot measure it enough to conclude whether the meat is being cooked properly. You shouldn't be smoking at high temperatures anyway so you don't need to get the temp up very high. The meat was tender and had a great crust on the outside. We also smoked a portablla mushroom which came out fantastic. Assembly was ok - not great, but it was assembled. Be prepared to make some adjustments during assembly as things don't quite line up the way they should. Also, adding water through the side door is difficult, so make sure to space your meat accordingly on the racks so that you can still add water from the top.
