Smokin' Simply
I did a lot of research on these electric smokers before I made my move. I owned a charcoal smoker but the temperature variations and constant need to monitor the charcoal was too much like work. The electric smoker eliminated both of these problems.

Pretty good product
I was given this smoker as a gift and have been very pleasantly surprised at its ability to make excellent smoked meat. This has been what we've needed for the longest time and it cooks fine.
The reason we bought this item was to be more flexible with cooking from the backyard to thre deck. It was easy to transfer from one place to another.
