GOING HEALTHIER THAN EVER
I purchased the Breville JE200XL 700 Watts Juicer from Amazon.com a tad over a week ago, I decided after taking my blood pressure that I would be going healthier than ever to bring down the numbers S=139 D=96 P=88 which is Stage One Hypertension and perhaps lose a few more pounds in the process. I am not on any type of medication and in reasonably good health [those that have read my other reviews on additional products are aware I actively exorcise regularly].
On July 14, 2011 I initiated the raw food and juicing diet regiment. Once I acquire the taste for the green juice better I will drop the raw foods for a period of 101 days total. That means raw foods will cease Monday 25th, 2011.
I elected this period of detox cleansing arbitrarily -- the Breville JE200XL 700 Watts Juicer purchase price with free shipping though product taxed came to $101.69. On the 69 cent day I will begin introducing raw foods again. I am maintaining a log of days with intake periodically weighting and measuring blood pressure including juicing recipes I find to be tasty and filling.
UPS BRINGS ME NEW LIFE
UPS arrived early well before noon day, I opened the Breville brown box immediately and removed the retail packaging which by the way is very attractive and inviting. White Styrofoam implored my weary eyes to eject the large block swiftly. Once on the table on its side I proceeded to remove the top half of Styrofoam. The masterpiece of Australian design was encased in plastic bags and some cardboard.
Free the Breville JE200XL 700 Watts Juicer from its travel protection each piece was carefully laid out onto the table. I previewed the included manual to ensure all parts were present and accounted for and followed the simple assembly instructions. Everything was wonderfully clear with photos and text. Well within five minutes the Breville JE200XL 700 Watts Juicer stood status and imploring its christening.
Receiving on July 13, 2001 I elected to begin the following day -- chili was on the menu today and I could not pass it up. LOL [Laugh-Out-Loud]
BREVILLE A NAME FOR QUALITY
The Breville JE200XL 700 Watts Juicer works very well, it is fast, easy to use and to clean up. Unfortunately some juices are drier than others and if you are doing a high volume of juice you need to empty the compost container at least twice during a juicing, I attempt to juice at least enough for a day's intake. Cleaning is fast in-between juicing's with a quick rinse but doing so causes the juicer to bubble juice a little through the top seam. Not a great deal but with juicier fruits a few drops on each side. Now this does not occur on first use of the day nor when the juicer has been cleaned and time given for complete dryness. I want to be fair here.
Breville JE200XL 700 Watts Juicer Australian design is beautiful, modern and displays as well as it functions. But I have notice on several occasions there will be a sudden pop of item being juiced hitting on one side. The only thing I am afraid of at this point is what damage will it cause down the road to the compost catcher which is clear acrylic. Out of six days of use it has happened four times and never using the same fruit or vegetables.
The one piece stainless steel filter blade seems delicate though feels reasonably solid, with an included brush the filter blade cleanse extremely well under running water. I generally remove most of the moister I can and continue to permit the filter blade to air dry. I am somewhat careful with it because a replacement filter blade is $54 a smug over half the units initial cost.
Has a large size toggle on/off button and spins produce at 13,000 RPMS which is ideal for harder produce.

WHAT I HAVE JUICED HOW I FEEL
I have juiced Apples, carrots, celery, cucumbers, spinach, kale, broccoli, radishes, parsley, romaine heads, oranges, grapefruits, lemons, strawberries, cabbage [red and green], home grown jalapeno peppers, plums, ginger, and turnips.
So NOT to clog the filter blade tiny-teeth blades I juice softer fruits first and graduate up to the harder variety.
I do not add any seasonings such as salt, ground black pepper or sugar.
The true test of the Breville JE200XL 700 Watts Juicer and the juice cleansing is this:
In this short amount of time I have noticed clear skin, better sleep nights, more rested, additional energy and the metal taste in my mouth has vanished. My blood pressure as of July 18, 2011 was S=126 D=88 P=86 still Stage One Hypertension though dropping. Weight dropped 2 1/2 pounds.
RECOMMEND
I highly recommend this Breville JE200XL 700 Watts Juicer for single individual to couple juicing that doesn't mind a midway clean-up if he or she goes all out juicing.
The Breville JE200XL 700 Watts Juicer is small, compact, stylish, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to assemble. Does a relatively decent job of juicing, it's quick though compost pulp is sometimes wetter.
I did not realize when I purchased this that it was the bottom of four models. I elected to purchase this model based on size, attractiveness and what appeared to be easy clean-up based on some Amazon.com customer reviews.
This was NOT a long thought out purchase like all of my previous items -- I am not disappointed but I am seriously considering a return for the Breville BJE510XL Ikon 900-Watt Variable-Speed Juice Extractor.
My reasons are as follows: I may continue juicing longer than original selected now that I have made some green recipes I like very well. The external compost container will permit me to use veggie bags having to clean one less item [over a number of years this will add up considerably]. I would be able to make juices up for an entire week saving time too. But most importantly the variable speed control on the higher end model will allow me to gain more juice from my fruits and vegetables. This is not a definitive decision at present to return the Breville JE200XL 700 Watts Juicer.
What is S, D, P? Systolic Pressure, Diastolic Pressure, Pulse.
In the event I have not brought attention to relating to this product please do comment.
