Piece of junk
Only had for three weeks before it died. Tried to call customer service twice and had to wait at least thirty minutes for someone to speak to. Tried emailing instead and had to wait two days between replies. Will never buy another Breville product. Read full review »

Bought it for Xmas and it is easily the best one I've used.
The intuitive/ logical readout is so simple and fool proof. Immediately you can properly set all the toast broil bake functions without reading the manual! But do it anyway as there are some neat things...

Almost perfect
After few cuisinart ovens ended up on craigslist i got the breville for few reasons:
- Audible preheat alert when reachs required temperature
- Timer that shuts off the oven in case you are in another room and too busy to get it
- Removable crumb tray from the FRONT, thats a big plus...
