Breville BBL600 5-Speed Blender

I purchased my first one in December.  No matter what I did, it leaked.  It got all over the sink, all over the blender.  I returned it & got another one to give it one more try.  I never tried to crush ice or chop meat, I used it for smoothies only.  After 2 1/2 months of use the motor slowed down, all the lights started flashing and smoke was coming from the base.  The ingredients were fruit (not even frozen) and milk.  I am returning this and will never purchase another Breville product.  I own the Breville toaster oven & juicer - so far they have been fine.  But after this experience I will never own another Breville product of any kind.  I have a blender that I paid $50 for years ago, and it still works.  This is the worse blender I have ever had in my life.  It is a very expensive piece of junk & I am extremely unhappy.  It didn't blend any better than the cheaper blender I have had for years.  It is a total waster of money.
