We bought this to replace another bread maker which did not have a gluten free setting. My husband made the first loaf in this breadmaker...proving that even a klutz can make amazing bread with the Breadman!!
We use the gluten free setting, and have bread in just over an hour...and it's amazing! We are thrilled to be eating bread again...especially with as light and fluffy as this bread comes out! The loaves are absolutely perfect, no underbaking or doughy spots, with the most delightful crust!
I would highly recommend this breadmaker to anyone who needs one with a gluten free setting, but I would also recommend it, period!
