I have had my Breadman Bread machine for over a year. I love it. I bake a lot of bread and I have found that this machine can handle the heavy use better than any bread machine I have ever had.
It is so easy to use. The electronic controls are easy to use. If the power goes off while making a loaf of bread, this machine will start where it was when the power went off. It will do this for up to 50 minutes after the power goes off.
This Breadman bread machine will bake the crust to your desires. Simply push the button to light, medium or dark.
It will make two different sizes of loaves. I love the 2.5 pound loaf. It can easily make any kind of bread you can dream up. I have made cakes in it also. It has a flip door on the top that holds, nuts, coconut or fruit that is to be added into the loaf later in the process. The flap will automatically open and drop the ingredients when it is time to add them.
The bread pan is so easy to clean up as long as you do it immediately.
It comes with a recipe book with many recipes that you can use in this machine. However, it is also programmable to make any bread you want. You can simply program your times and such into the machine.
I loved this machine so much that I purchased three more as gifts. It is worth every penny it costs.
