We love our Breadman bread machine. I receive it as a Christmas gift from the in-laws. It is pretty easy to use and the instruction booklet has a lot of recipes, both simple and more complex. It makes great bread and during the winter, we have been known to use it more than a few times a week. It can be a little hard to clean both at the place where the paddle sits and under the pan.
