Excellent bread maker for the busy would-be baker
This is an easy bread machine to use despite its daunting appearance. This was given to me as a gift and sat on a shelf for a while before I got the courage to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the simple to understand instruction manual, and pretty soon I was on my way to becoming a master baker! I no longer have to spend hours in the kitchen, kneeding and pulling to get the perfect texture so sought after in homemade breads. Also, although temperatures inside the bread maker can reach up to 400 degrees, the outside of the machine only becomes slightly warm.
White and wheat breads are a snap to make, with only a touch of a few button. With the batter, jam and bake only functions, this machine is a must have for any kitchen. I often use the bread machine just to bake batters I have prepaired on my own, as it gets the oven temperature just right. Best of all, your home will fill with the scent of freshly baked bread which you and your family will love!
The only drawback to the Breadman TR2500BC Bread Machine is that the mixing paddle is difficult to remove from hot bread.
