Braun Büffel Syncro 7570

The Braun 7570 shaver works just fine - it does a especially good job on long hair (a 2-3 day beard) compared to previous Braun models. However, I have a 7570 just over a year old, and the charging/cleaning stand is starting to malfunction. The shaver fits head-first into a recess in the base of the stand, and a support/power contact plugs into and locks to the base of the shaver. The problem is, the support/power contact (which is spring-loaded, and wants to pop out if not locked) doesn't want to lock anymore. It will pop off either at the start or during the cleaning cycle! The shaver's still in warranty, so I hope I can get the charging/cleaning stand replaced, but for as much as this shaver cost, I shouldn't be having these kinds of problems.
