Braun Büffel Syncro 7570

For many years my husband has been using a Remington shaver and the one I purchased for him 3 years ago has died. I have purchased many parts for this shaver and vowed never to buy another Remington.

I just purchased the Braun Syncro System. Model number 7570. Many years ago my husband's Uncle gave him a Braun shaver and it lasted for ten years. I was going to replace it with another one but I could not afford the shaver.

This shaver is a clean & charge shaver. Upon first use of this shaver you have to charge it for 4 hours and then shave at least one time. Only then can the shaver be cleaned or recharged in the Clean & Charge cartridge.

Clean & Charge Holder

This holder has a button on the side that you press open. The bottom of the holder springs open and this is where you put the cartridge (cleaning solution). After your first charge the shaver can then be put into the holder.

At the top of the holder is a button where you can choose to clean the shaver or charge the shaver. There is also a button that tells you when the cleaning cartridge needs to be changed. You get one cartridge with the shaver but I purchased extras. My husband is the type that will tell me he is out of something when it is empty.

The cord that comes with this shaver is nice and long and does not have one of those large black adapters. When it is time to travel the cord and shaver can be stored in a beautiful carrying case that come with this shaver.

*Operating your Clean & Charge

Use the cord from your shaver and plug it into the Clean & Charge. After shaving turn the shaver upside down into the holder and then make your selection. (clean, clean+charge or just charge). The cleaning process only takes 15 minutes while a charge can take 75 minutes.

I have mentioned that you first have to charge this shaver for 4 hours. It will then hold a 50 minute cordless charge. My husband is thrilled with the length of this charge. His old shaver had to be plugged in every other day.

The pilot light shows that the shaver is plugged into the outlet properly. The display shows the operation mode and charging conditions.

Can we all say smooth? This shaver was worth every penny (hits from Epinions) that I had to pay for this Christmas gift. Yes, I had to give the shaver to my husband early or watch him grow a beard.

I hope I do not have to do another review on shaver for another 10 years.
