Braun Synchro in Sync with the Busy Man's Schedule

The Bottom Line:
Excellent purchase for those who are on the go. The base unit keeps this shaver in a class all its own.
I purchased the Braun Synchro as an early Christmas present for my husband. I paid about $120.00 for it at my local Walmart. Although my husband enjoys the incredibly close shave that he gets with it, he likes the fact that he doesn't have to manually clean the shaver even better. And with our busy mornings, I have to agree that it does save time.
As far as the shaver itself, my husband sees it as being comparable to other high quality electric razors. But the base unit is what makes this shaver unique. After he's done shaving, he just simply pops the razor into its base and voila'! It automatically cleans, charges and stores for its next use.
And being the primary caretaker of the home, I can't tell you how nice it is to not finding those little hairs all over the bathroom (e.g. with a traditional razor, the hairs are not just in the sink, they can also be found wherever the shaver gets emptied/cleaned).
The only downside is that during the cleaning cycle, fumes are emitted which can be a problem for those sensitive to chemicals. However, I would still definitely recommend this product for anyone who likes to save time and if you shop around, you can get it much cheaper than you think!
