Pros
Very close shave, no more infections/irritations, funky addition to the bathroom counter.
Cons
Cleaning/Recharging unit is very noisy, doesn't get neck hairs very well.

The Bottom Line:
Clean, very smooth shave. Even a hard-core razor fan might toss their razor after giving this one a try.
I've had the 7570 for 9 months now. The original developed a nasty noise (sounded like the head was vibrating too far & hitting the shaver body) after three weeks. I notified Braun of the problem via their web-site. Braun had a new one in my hands within three days. They sent a postage paid container to my house so that I could easily return the problem shaver to them, but didn't wait to receive it to send me the replacement shaver. The replacement shaver has functioned with no problems. Braun has followed-up on two occasions to ensure that I was having no problems. Very good service recovery!
The 7570 gives me a much closer shave than my old Norelco or my Braun 5585 except when it comes to the neck area. In this area, the 7570 is no better than these two older shavers. In the neck area, nothing shaves better than a safety razor (haven't yet experienced the Mach III, but even the older models of safety razor get the neck area much closer). You can nick yourself with this electric, but you've got to try ...
The shaver has a pop-up sideburn trimmer that functions just fine. As well, the shaver head can be locked into place to allow you to be a little more precise and/or aggressive when going after those rogue hairs.
The battery life is terrific, I have not yet run it all the way down and I routinely wait 7 to 8 shaves before recharging. I've gone as long as 10 shaves with no noticeable loss of power. The shaver vibrates far less than my older Braun, and doesn't generate the heat that the old 5585 would put-out. The foil remains very cool throughout the shave. The razor head and foil are in excellent shape at the 8 month mark. Based upon my experience with the much older model 5585 I'd be very surprised if they don't hold up well for years.
My favorite feature is the cleaning cycle. I don't know if it's my skin type or what, but I used to get a mild infection once in awhile on my face. I've had NO such inflammations since switching to the 7570; I attribute this to the cleaning cycle. The cleaning cycle is VERY noisy and runs intermittently for about 7 minutes or so.
The cleaning unit simply does not travel. The cleaning fluid cartridge does not tolerate anything but being upright. There is a recharger cord & carrying case provided though. So the recharger/cleaner unit can stay at home. Also, the cleaning fluid cartridge requires replacement every two months or so. They aren't cheap, but can be found for about $6 apiece. Best Buys usually has them for that price (although their stock levels are usually low in my area).
This is a very nice product. It fits in my hand very well, and is easy to press into even the tight shave areas around the ears and upper lip.
