Braun Büffel Syncro 7570

I 've been using the Braun 7570 for about five months. I replaced my Norelco reflex shaver with the 7570 and got my closest shave yet. There's a price to pay for a shave this close: Shaving can take as long as four to five minutes with some slight skin irritation ( some of this irritation may be due to the shaver head getting warmer as you shave). Also , more effort and time is needed for the neck area . Talking about price, you can save about $30.00 by getting the 7526 model, but you lose the LED info on the 7570. A warning light comes on in the 7526 , telling you there's about five shaves remaining before you need to recharge. I also think Braun could make the cleaning cartridges more cost effective! $5.00 a month, $60.00 a year for replacement cleaner cartridges (which last about a month ) gets very pricey! After you decipher the manual, using the Braun system is really easy. The shaver feels comfortable in my hand . The rubber button shaped grips help too. With a little practice you learn how to prevent spilling the cleaning fluid by holding the bottom of the cleaning unit stand, as the shaver sticks to the stand. You also have to find a space for the stand near an electrical outlet to use the self-cleaning and recharging features. The auto cleaning process is a little noisy , but it only takes 15 minutes. Despite these glitches, it's the best shaver I've owned! I don't think there's a better shaver out there.
