Worth the money, gave me better results than I expected. Lasting results, make this ideal to other forms of hair removal ( wax, Nair, shaving).
I was looking for an alternative to waxing. I was used to waxing and the "pain" that comes with it. But I was starting to have problems with waxing. So I started looking into the Braun Silk- Epil Xelle 5270 after looking into other brands. I am extremely pleased. I was a little hesitant after reading reviews about "pain and discomfort." But I did not have any of these problems. Even when using it underarm and on the bikini area, the discomfort level was very similar to waxing. This is so much faster than tweezing, and does not leave behind that sticky residue that waxing leaves you with.
I am very thrifty and decided to buy this model- the best one in Braun's line- after talking to the salesperson who said although it cost more, it was well worth the money, and I completely agree. The effects of it last much longer than shaving. And the hair truly grows back thinner and sparser.
There are several attachments that come with the Braun Silk- Epil Xelle. It has an electric razor attachment and an attachment that trims longer hair to prepare it for optimal epilating length. The Braun Silk- Epil Xelle also comes with the Efficiency Pro clip that can be used when you are accustomed to the way it works to help epilate faster and more efficiently. It has a SmartLight on the front of it so that it helps you to spot fine hairs faster. And everything comes in the storage pouch.
