The Bottom Line:
It has almost replaced half of the tools in my kitchen
I received one of these from my parents for Christmas last year. I waited about 6 months so that I might put it through all of its paces.
As received it came with the blender (of course), and attachments for a whisk and a chopper. Additionally it has a tool tray that can be mounted on the wall so that you keep this thing handy.
Handy it is, I've made stunningly smooth tomato sauces, and varied desserts with this with no problems.
I've put this into a pot of boiling tomatoes and water without incident. (I did this to smooth the tomato sauce while it was cooking). The blender when immersed will create a suction with the bottom of the pot.
Using the whisk attachment I've beaten eggs to hard peaks. Just be careful not to make a mess. I suggest larger amounts for this feller.
Cleaning is easy. With the exception of the motor, it all can go in the dish washer.
