Decent Shaver but a "No"

I've had this shaver for about a year. Shaves decently except for one area of the front of my neck that I have to spend an inordinate amount of time to cut five-ten hairs that kinda grow against the grain a little I guess. The a plastic part broke that holds the trimmer in. Same as a previous reviewer. With the trimmer always protruding, it's now a pain to shave. If they would eliminate this extra trimmer I would love to have another one of these shavers because:
price, compact, holds a charge very well, and gives a decent shave for the money. I would only recommend this shaver if one is in a pinch; or if readily available versus other shavers, etc. I does have a very good price for a Braun. I am starting to wonder about Braun's design/quality control.
