I dread the day my husband finds out that I secretly covet his electric razor. I turn on the hairdryer first, to soften the noise, and quickly remove the razor from its perch. I close the bathroom door and give the ole legs a quick shave before exiting. Washing the evidence, with a tap down the drain. Places to go, places to go. It beats jumping back in the shower when I've already dried off.
What do I like about this razor? The whole family can use it. Because it has three settings. I can shave my legs for a close shave or give my son a quick trim to the sideburns with the long hair cutter. I use it on my husband to get the hair on the back of the neck. I start with the long hair cutter part and graduate, with a slide of the "gear" shift lock, thingie, to the flat pivotal head piece. We're all happy and hairless. Well, not completely.
Why does my husband like it? It comes with a travel case and a brush. It has a very fast charge that lasts for a long time. (it would be a scary sight if the power went out on the way to work- the 1/2 werewolf look is not a sight to behold) It provides a close shave and he's never been cut (and neither have I). There is no irritation and it won't slip in your hands due to the little bumpy rubber things on the sides. The one thing he really appreciates next to the close shave bit, the LCD indicator for charging and low charge, really helpful. The head pivots. So, you can shave along at a fast clip (per se).
He has used the Braun shavers for the last 12 years. So, that should indicate that he believes in this brand. We (his decision alone) upgraded to this model (6525) last year, with no regrets!
