Braun Büffel Smart Control3 4775

I bought two of these Chinese-made shavers over 2 years ago to replace two older Braun cordless units with dying batteries. I do not get nearly as close a shave with the new 4775 as I do with my 11 year old German-made 5596! Oddly enough I get a better shave after 2 or more days growth. Replacing the blade and cutter after 6 months netted me with even worse results as the new foils are thicker than the original. One of these new 4775 units also buzzes unless I hold it a certain way. REALLY disappointed. I now shave with the 4775 and finish up with the 5596 plugged into the wall because the batteries are dead. Then there is the sideburn trimmer. It requires you to hold it at right angles to your face while the old 5596 has a 90 degree angle on it's cutter allowing you to precisely place it and simply drag it over the hair you want to cut. Bring back the old models!
