The Bottom Line:
Good enough when "good enough" is good enough. Not as good as wet-shaving - but then, what electric razor is?
I have used one of these for a couple of years. I picked it up for under $20 after an expensive Norelco ripped my face to shreds. Unlike many who have reviewed this item I dislike rotary razors. It has served me well.
Tha quality of the shave is best described as "ok". When I want a close shave for my lady's pleasure I break out the blades and shaving cream. The rest of the time this is quick, painless, and it does a good enough job for the rest of the world.
It is rechargeable... although the ability to hold a charge fades with time (as with all rechargeable devices) after about two years of use it still holds enough charge for a weekend away.
As time goes by it will probably become less and less usable. When that happens my only decision is whether to buy a replacement foil/cutter block for it or spend $5 more and get a new unit.
When that happens, I will probably buy another one.
